Bowen Ballard and Shane Cannon formed Ballard-Cannon Development in 1997 with the purpose of combining their individual strengths to take advantage of the current Destin real estate boom. Shane Cannon has been a Destin Real Estate Developer since the early 90's. Bowen Ballard is CEO of Ballard Realty, Montgomery Alabama, established in 1948. BallardCannon is currently working on new developments in Destin, Niceville, Crestview and Freeport.

The BallardCannon Team also buys, sells and brokers Real Estate through Spinnaker Realty, Inc., a real estate brokerage firm owned by Bowen Ballard, Shane Cannon and Tom Willard.
