Bowen L. Ballard has worked with his father, A. Bowen Ballard, at Ballard Companies since 1995 in Commercial managemnet and leasing. In 2000, Mr. Ballard moved to Destin Florida to help with BallardCannon developments and start a new company, Destination Mortgage, of which he is now the President.

Mr. Ballard works closely and partners with private real estate investors to mange transactions for maximum profit. He holds a Bachelors in Business from the University of Alabama and an MBA from University of Alabama in Birmingham. Mr. Ballard is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) which is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of 7,500 professionals across North America who hold the CCIM designation. He is actively involved in development and sales at BallardCannon and Spinnaker Realty. Mr. Ballard resides in Santa Rosa Beach FL., just west of Destin FL., with his wife and daughter.
